I handle trademark prosecution and contentious matter in all business sectors at the Czech IPO, WIPO and EUIPO. I specilize in the trademark opposition cases and advice the local and foreign clients in unfair competiton matters as well as in counterfeting matters. I regularly attend international conferences, in particular INTA and ECTA, I was member of ECTA council and Professional Affairs Committee, I contribute Katzarov Manual and SMD Country Index for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
