Andrew McKinlay

As a qualified UK and European Patent Attorney, Andrew works on inventions spanning a broad range of computing and electro-mechanical subject-matter and has particular experience in printing and imaging technologies. His work in the field of consumer electronics includes both prosecution of patent applications and successful defence of granted patents in opposition proceedings before the European Patent Office (EPO). Andrew also has key expertise in computer-implemented inventions, and artificial intelligence (AI) in particular, holding a PhD in natural language processing and having first-hand experience in designing and implementing AI systems.
